At the core of the system is the User Management feature, which allows admins to add and manage users like managers, supervisors, and sales representatives. The platform provides secure login systems and detailed user management capabilities, including role assignments, profile updates, and user searches. Admin Role Management enables the creation of restricted access groups for sub-admins, ensuring that sensitive data is protected.
Attendance Management empowers sales representatives to submit their attendance with selfie capture for validation, which managers can review and filter for specific salespersons. The Area Management module provides a detailed overview of regions, zones, towns, and areas, with full CRUD capabilities, while Target Management allows the creation and management of sales targets for representatives.
For salespersons, the Journey Cycle Management module enables the creation and management of journey plans, geo-tagged visits, and real-time GPS tracking.
